The company has installed state-of-the-art I.V. Fluids manufacturing facilities. The overall manufacturing facility spans across 50,000 sq. ft and is facilitated with a continuous recirculation loop for WFI to ensure zero stagnancy. Further, the facility is fitted with HEPA Filters of 0.3 microns with more than 90 air changes per hour to ensure a clean room environment.

The manufacturing unit is fitted with the FFS Technology Imported from U.S.A. (ALP). The technology ensures a single stage operations i.e. Filling of bottles, Filling of Solutions and Sealing of Bottles. The technology delivers a hermetically sealed bottles, filled aseptically thus ensuring that the output is 100% untouched by hand. Further, the entire FFS process is performed under class 100 laminar flow preventing external contamination to deliver the best quality healthcare products.

The manufacturing facility has two WFI facility with a capacity of 50,00,000 ltrs per day in units of 5 ml, 10 ml, 20 ml and 30 ml. The facility also has one LVP with a capacity of 24,000 ltrs per day in units of 500 ml and 25000 per day of 100 ml. The unit is fitted with a 3 litre irrigation solution.

The manufacturing facility has fully automatic and computer controlled systems. It has a capacity to manufacture 25000 vials of Small Volume Parenterals and 30,000 bottles of Large Volume Parenterals.

The plant, equipment and system has been designed with compliance to the WHO and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

The unit has a fully automatic, microprocessor controlled, circulating water shower sterilizer and the entire process is controlled by pressure temperature link. It also has a PLC based system that helps in monitoring pressure temperature and FO Valve with an online graphical presentation of the entire cycle.

The filtration system is one of the finest in the industry. The system uses N66 nylon filter media that is widely accepted for its high strength and versatility. The system has a Positive Zeta Potential that eliminates pyrogens, colloidal silica, mycoplasma viruses and other contaminators as small as 0.001 microns.
